About the role

Key responsibilities: 1. Deliver high-impact demos to parents and students (online or on-site), adapting style to grade level, learning preferences, and household goals 2. Apply value alignment and consultative selling by mapping MathAI features to academic outcomes and articulating ROI in clear, parent-friendly language 3. Observe and diagnose learner strengths, gaps, and motivation during sessions, capturing structured notes for the success and pedagogy teams 4. Own revenue targets by managing pipeline end-to-end: schedule, follow up, and close enrollments within defined SLAs 5. Maintain CRM hygiene and use AI copilots, auto-schedulers, and analytics dashboards to maximize efficiency 6. Provide feedback on demo insights, objections, and feature requests to product, marketing, and success teams 7. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing for lead quality and with customer success for smooth onboarding and hand-off Requirements: 1. Demonstrate pedagogical curiosity with genuine interest in how children learn and how AI can enhance mastery 2. Apply sharp observation skills to read student engagement and parent concerns in real time 3. Exhibit persuasive communication through storytelling, objection-handling, and consultative questioning 4. Show a strong sense of urgency and follow-through with disciplined time management and comfort with conversion quotas 5. Demonstrate fluency in AI tools, including prompt engineering, calendar bots, video-demo platforms, and CRM automation 6. Embrace learning agility by mastering new features, curricula, and sales techniques quickly 7. Welcome freshers with high potential and a growth mindset to embrace continuous coaching Preferred Experience: 1. Display prior success in teaching, tutoring, ed-tech, inside sales, or SaaS demo roles 2. Show experience working with K-6 parents or educators 3. Possess familiarity with STEM curricula, math competitions, or gifted-and-talented programs
