Technical Business Consultant (m/f/d)

Act as project manager for onboarding new customers to our platforms, ensuring timely and successful implementations. Be the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, clearly communicating client needs and technical requirements. Provide clients with consulting, technical guidance, and project management support throughout their onboarding journey. Analyze client data consumption needs across financial market use cases (e.g., portfolio management, brokerage, and website display). Collaborate with Sales, Development, Content, and Operations teams to verify data coverage, ensure data quality, and configure test environments tailored to client requirements. Address client inquiries and concerns, proactively managing issues and coordinating resolutions. Contribute to Product Management by sharing insights to enhance product features and solutions. Occasionally support sales efforts with planning and execution of new client implementations.
