About Rudryon Pulse
Rudryon Pulse is the monitoring service from Rudryon, an AI infrastructure intelligence company. We work with AI-native teams whose systems move faster than their infrastructure can keep up. While their engineers sleep, we monitor production systems and catch issues before they impact customers.
The Role
You will be the eyes on customer infrastructure. Your job is to spot when something is wrong, decide if it matters, and take the right action. You won’t be writing production code - you’ll be making real-time decisions that protect customer reliability.
You should be comfortable sitting with a problem and thinking through it before reacting. If you like debugging, spotting patterns, and understanding why something broke, you’ll enjoy this role.
What You’ll Do
• Monitor customer systems through dashboards, logs, and alerts
• Identify unusual patterns in latency, errors, traffic, or system behavior
• Decide whether something is a real issue or noise
• Escalate genuine issues to engineers with clear, useful context
• Document incidents clearly so patterns can be learned over time
• Send simple daily summaries of what happened
• Help improve runbooks and internal processes as you learn
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST, Monday through Friday, with weekend on-call rotation as the team grows
Who This Is For
• 0-2 years experience OR strong self-taught candidates
• Comfortable with logs, APIs, dashboards, or similar tools (or can learn fast)
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Able to make decisions without constant supervision
• Calm under pressure and able to think through ambiguous situations
We value judgment over degrees. If you can think clearly under pressure, you’ll do well here.
Nice to Have
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, etc.
• Basic understanding of cloud systems or APIs
• Curiosity about AI/ML systems
What This Role Is Not
• Not a backend development role
• Not an architecture role
• Not a script-following support role
Practical Test (Mandatory)
We will give you a sample dashboard/log with alerts. You must identify what’s wrong and explain your reasoning.
