Roles & responsibilities:
- End to end Planning, Monitoring, control and execution of deployment of MQIS as monthly, quarterly & yearly roll out plan.
- Executing all deployment related activities as per targets.
- Develop existing and new vendors by proper trainings and evaluation process.
- Plan decommissioning & recommissioning of MQIS against low utilization sites.
- Support for preparation and improvisation of deployment SOPs.
- Evaluate vendor performances to ensure work as per quality norms.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, i.e. Infra, Process & EB team for smooth deployment as per target.
- Research & benchmark competitors’ products, services and operations and perform technical research as required to identify best practices.
- Stay up to date with the EV industry trends, upcoming developments and have eyes and ears on the ground.
- Participate in periodic project reviews and audits, maintaining accurate and timely project reporting.
- Perform Root cause analysis through tools such as Fishbone diagrams.
- Anticipate and communicate program risks and propose risk mitigation plan.
- Forecast and predict costs, resources, and man for future/ desired stated environments.
- Lead, develop and train project & program teams on standard guidelines and compliances pertaining to relevant IS/IEC standards, as applicable.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience in Automotive/ EV/ Charging Infra Industry/Power
- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) from reputed institute or equivalent exposure in startup ecosystem.
- Preferable Certifications:
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean Six Sigma certification.
- PMP or PgMP
- Agile or CSM certification
- Soft skills:

- Outstanding integrity and the ability to always seek to do the right thing for the client right first time.
