Job details:
· Proficient in reviewing electrical/MEP drawings, design coordination, and technical scrutiny.
· Experience in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and certification of contractor bills.
· Ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, and specialised vendors.
· Experience in quality control, project execution, testing and commissioning, and project close-out.
· Knowledge of facility systems and troubleshooting of operational infrastructure, with the ability to provide technical support to Centre Facility Management teams.
- · Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, with the ability to effectively manage and resolve technical issues across multiple project sites.
