- The ideal candidate would be experienced in Azure & AWS Cloud technology (Azure Primary & AWS Secondary), with a firm understanding of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, and ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient.
- Lead the team and Drive the Technological Enhancements aligning to organisations objectives.
- Meet and Lead the team in meeting yearly KPIs and Deliver/Participate in Projects.
- Manage and Govern Managed Services Team for Operations
- Extensive knowledge of cloud maintenance and implementations.
- You will be reviewing existing architecture on Cloud and building the infrastructure to support the application as it migrates following established best practices.
- You will help automate environment deployments by using of IaC and automated CI/CD pipeline tools. This calls for good experience around Jenkins, SVN, GitHub etc,
- You will take a holistic view of the environment to identify common infrastructure components.
- Provide technical leadership in design, implementation, and ongoing operation of Cloud Computing. Create deep technical relationships with cloud compute providers and generate cost effective resource utilisation.
- Strong customer focus in resolving customer and service level issues, as well as maintaining a high level of reliability and serviceability of the platforms managed.
Accountabilities
- Implement and participate in Solution Design for Cloud Solutions
- Project/New Implementations on Cloud Environments like AWS, Azure etc.
- Participate in Cloud Initiatives like Migration from On Premises, Security Initiatives etc.,
- Azure Cloud Security Azure WAF, and Azure Firewall Manager
- Defining Baseline Policies and follow the standards defined by AWS Well Architectural Framework
- Cost Optimisation Finance & Budget Management for Cloud Services
- Working with Stakeholders to Follow the Security Model and Cost Optimisation initiatives.
- CI/CD (Continues integration and Continues Deployment for Toll Application
- DevOps Tools/Automation: CloudFormation, Azure DevOps,Terraform, Jenkins, GoCD, Git/Gitlab, Ansible ,Splunk, Lambda, Docker, ARM etc.
- Scripting Python or JSON/YAML or PowerShell etc.
- Added Advantage if experience on AWS Workspaces, Azure etc.
Primary Responsibilities And Decisions/ Level Of Authority
- Planning, Designing, Developing and Implementing Cloud-based applications
- Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
- Participate in Project Lifecycle implementation, Documentation and handover to BAU Team.
- Research and develop proof-of-concepts projects to validate new solutions
- Follow exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
- Ensure service implementations meet Toll practices and policies.
- Follow all ITIL Best Practices for Incidents, Requests, Tasks, Change etc.

- Managed & Follow Shift Roster as per Business Requirements and available On-call Support as needed. Participate in Major incidents and Root Cause analysis.

In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have:
Knowledge/Experience
- 6-10yrs years’ experience in in IT system administration
- Experience in Azure & AWS cloud infrastructure services
- Understanding of ITIL practices
Technical/Professional Skills Required
Qualifications – BE /B.Tech/MCA
Certified Azure Solution Architect / Azure Certified professional
