Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineering Sr Analyst for one of our clients in Hyderabad, We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Engineering Sr Analyst with strong expertise in Wrike administration and Microsoft Office 365 platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting collaboration and content-sharing tools, ensuring smooth operations, user support, and platform governance across the organization.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with SharePoint and OneDrive, and strong knowledge of enterprise collaboration environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support the Wrike platform across business teams.
- Manage user access, workflows, permissions, dashboards, and integrations within Wrike.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools including SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Handle content-sharing management, governance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
- Provide end-user support, training, and issue resolution for collaboration platforms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and operational standards.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Wrike Administrator.
- Expertise in administering and supporting Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong experience with SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Experience in content sharing and collaboration tools administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Confluence.
- Exposure to infrastructure support environments and enterprise collaboration ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft/O365 certifications are a plus.
