Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assist in defining requirements for data center technology components. The role includes designing and building these components while ensuring their functionality through rigorous testing efforts. This position requires active engagement in the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions that support organizational needs, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on delivering reliable and efficient technology systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize infrastructure design and implementation to meet evolving business requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and integration of infrastructure components.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design principles and best practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and network architecture within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues effectively.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment and management processes.
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements related to cloud infrastructure.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
