We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Infrastructure Design Expert to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, design, and execution support for urban water infrastructure projects including water supply, wastewater, and stormwater drainage systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution support for urban/city-level water infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review:
- Master Plans
- Feasibility Studies
- Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
- Detailed Engineering Designs
- Design and oversee:
- Water Supply Networks
- Sewerage Systems
- Stormwater Drainage Systems
- Perform hydraulic analysis and modeling using industry-standard software such as:
- WaterGEMS
- SewerGEMS
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and guidelines including:
- CPHEEO
- BIS
- WHO
- NBC
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and government agencies.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and technical quality.
- Support proposal preparation, technical presentations, and client meetings.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in:
- Water Supply Projects
- Wastewater/Sewerage Projects
- Stormwater Drainage Projects
- Experience in urban/city-level infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in:
- Master Planning
- Feasibility Studies
- Detailed Engineering Design
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater design standards and codes.
- Expertise in hydraulic modeling and network analysis tools.
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on government/municipal infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with Smart City, AMRUT, or urban development projects.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
