High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years wireless tower construction or maintenance experience; competent climber/rescue certification; OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred); First Aid and CPR; valid driver's license; ability to climb 500 feet and lift 75 pounds; travel up to 75%.
