Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various software products and configured services across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, spanning server and network components, and supports specific software solutions and vendors. Tasks include performing first and second level troubleshooting to resolve basic and intermediate technical challenges, often collaborating with teams to maintain system stability and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in documenting technical procedures and support knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on routine technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software and hardware solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
- Experience in monitoring and managing application performance using Dynatrace tools.
- Strong understanding of operating system-level support across server and network environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues at both hardware and software levels.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes within IT operations.
- Capability to work effectively in both remote and onsite support scenarios.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
