About the role

A Managed Services Data Entry Clerk has the knowledge to assist in daily accounting tasks. The position requires the ability to work independently and in teams. Clerks are often responsible for completing parts of projects or activities as part of a team. They must also be client-oriented and able to explore sales activities. A Data Entry Clerk should have a wide knowledge of automated accounting systems. They must be able to process accounting tasks on behalf of clients and communicate effectively with clients to ensure deliverables are completed on time. Accounting tasks may include but are not limited to: Accounts Payable processing, Accounts Receivable processing, Invoicing, Timesheet and Expense processing, and account reconciliations. General Responsibilities: This is a customer-facing position, Performance-based criteria, Effectively express ideas and thoughts in multiple modes (written and verbal), Exhibit good listening and comprehension skills, Maintains effective communication to ensure all impacted participants are informed, Ability to set and meet customer commitments and respond to customer needs on time, Uses time efficiently and able to integrate change smoothly when priorities change, Ability to prioritize and plan work activities appropriately, Gathers and analyzes information skillfully, Works well in a group problem-solving situation, Ability to develop and communicate alternative solutions to complex problems, Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness of proposed solutions with a focus on quality, Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views, Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, Meet or exceed the required billable utilization requirements as directed by the Manager, Record time worked daily, Working with clients, Demonstrate basic knowledge of accounting functions, Organize and execute assigned activities as directed by the Project Team, Senior or Principal Business Application Consultant, Working within Infotek, Develop and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, user guides, and templates, Adaptable to learn new skills and modules as directed by the Manager.
