Staff Software Engineer - Machine Learning

We are looking for a talented and experienced Staff Software Engineer - Machine Learning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable machine learning systems that power our core products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for ML-driven solutions, and deliver high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment - Build and optimize machine learning models using advanced techniques like deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision - Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to identify and solve complex business problems using ML - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical vision and strategy of the team - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and incorporate them into your work - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of ML systems in production Required Skills and Experience: - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in machine learning and data engineering - Proficient in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and other ML frameworks - Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and data processing pipelines - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex problems - Experience in working with large-scale distributed systems and cloud technologies - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
