Senior Consultant - Digital Operations

The Digital Operations team drives digital transformation and delivers end-to-end technology and operations solutions that help our clients reimagine their business and operating models. As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, implementing and managing digital solutions for our clients across industries. Your key responsibilities will include: • Analyzing client's current business processes and technology landscape to identify opportunities for digitization and automation • Designing and implementing digital solutions leveraging latest technologies like AI, ML, RPA, Blockchain etc. • Managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital transformation programs • Defining target operating models and process improvements to drive operational efficiency • Driving change management and adoption of digital solutions within client organizations • Providing thought leadership and strategic advice to senior client stakeholders
