Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable machine learning models that power our innovative products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into robust and efficient AI systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems - Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment - Collaborate with data scientists to identify and leverage the most appropriate AI/ML techniques and technologies - Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices - Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of AI and machine learning Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment - Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data engineering principles - Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
