Job Description: Company Name Infosys Position Process Trainee/ Process Executive Qualifications BA/ B.Com/ BBA/ BBM/ B.Sc/ M.Com/ MBA Batch 2019/ 2020/ 2021/ 2022/ 2023/ 2024 Experience Freshers (0 – 3 Years) Location Bangalore; Chennai; Mysore; Pune, India Key Responsibilities: Handle customer requests while meeting all SLAs, including TAT, productivity, and quality standards. Actively participate in team-building activities. Demonstrate adaptability in learning new technologies and adjusting to changing business needs. Collaborate with teams to contribute process improvements or innovative ideas. Work from the office for all five days. Relevant experience in the banking or finance domain is a plus. Eligibility Criteria: BA/ B.Com/ BBA/ BBM/ B.Sc/ M.Com/ MBA Preferred skills: Strong command and fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in an additional regional language is a plus. Solid knowledge and relevant experience in direct taxation processes and clauses. Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking to independently resolve customer issues thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent communication skills for handling and resolving client issues via calls, chat, or email. Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills. Ability to quickly and efficiently absorb process knowledge. Effective probing and analytical skills, with the capability to multitask between voice support and data entry. Comfortable working from the office. Proactive approach with a strong respect for customers' time. Good time management skills, ensuring that all customer interactions are valuable.
