Job Description:
Role: RPA Developer
Requirements:
- Good understanding of core RPA concepts and tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate etc.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and implementing RPA solutions
- Ability to understand and document business processes, identify areas for automation and implement RPA solutions
- Proficient in creating and modifying scripts, workflows, and automations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation
- Design, develop, test and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate etc.
- Create and modify scripts, workflows, and automations to streamline business processes
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and ensure successful deployment of RPA solutions
- Provide support and maintenance for the deployed RPA solutions
- Continuously enhance and optimize the RPA solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
