Lead UI/UX Designer

As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences that drive business impact. You will lead a team of designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Key responsibilities include: - Lead the design process from ideation to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams - Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to effectively communicate design solutions - Establish and maintain design standards, patterns, and guidelines to ensure design consistency across the product portfolio - Mentor and develop the skills of junior designers on the team - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices - Continuously gather user feedback and data to optimize the design and improve the user experience Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and interaction design - Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers is preferred
