Proven work experience as a credit underwriter or similar role Familiar with standard mortgage concepts, practices, and procedures Ability to perform an accurate risk assessment to ensure compliance with industry, company, and compliance guidelines. Effective communication with relevant parties regarding approval or rejection of loan applications. Highly organized and able to prioritize working withing tight and conflicting deadlines Detail-orientated with strong data analysis skills High mathematical aptitude Sound understanding of the Life cycle of a Loan application, from Origination until Funding Fluent in English with strong communication skills, both verbal in written Good knowledge in MS office skills- MS Word, Excel & MS Teams Willingness to work in US working hours (late night shift)
