Business Analyst – AML

Act as a liaison between business, QA, and technology teams. Capture business needs and create BRD, Functional, and Technical specifications. Validate the final developed product/application to ensure all requirements are met. Perform data analysis to gather and identify underlying data required for business requirements. Develop epics, storyboards, and user stories with stakeholders. Collaborate with the development team for new product/application development. Create functional and non-functional test plans and write test cases covering various scenarios. Coordinate between multiple scrum teams working on a common product backlog. Drive transformation of connectivity between legacy systems and design new, cleaner pipelines to reduce overhead. Design practical and effective data rationalization methodologies to reduce redundancy across different sources.
