About the role

As a Customer Support and Service Desk Executive at Infosys BPM, your primary tasks will include: Handling client issues through calls, chats, or emails in a professional and timely manner. Providing first-level technical support and troubleshooting on topics like VPN, Active Directory, O365, and basic networking issues. Resolving or escalating queries using tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and Control M. Managing service desk tickets and updating customer interactions accurately in the system. Building rapport with customers by actively listening, empathizing, and offering precise solutions. Staying informed about the latest product updates and technical troubleshooting methods. Participating in regular training sessions and upskilling programs to enhance service delivery. Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns quickly and efficiently.
