Job Description – IT Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a technically capable IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees. The candidate should have practical knowledge of CCTV systems, desktops/laptops, networking, and website management.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance equipment.
Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate maintenance or repairs when required.
Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.
Handle network connectivity and internet-related issues.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, software licenses, and equipment records.
Perform regular system backups and ensure basic IT security practices are followed.
Assist with website maintenance and updates, including basic content management and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with website hosting/domain providers and external IT vendors when required.
Install and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus, and other required software.
Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, passwords/access permissions, equipment, and troubleshooting activities.
Support management with IT-related requirements and new technology implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Practical knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addresses, routers, and switches.
Basic knowledge of website management, hosting, domains, and CMS platforms.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
Knowledge of basic IT security and data backup practices will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows Server or cloud services.
Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Familiarity with network cabling and structured networking.
Experience with biometric attendance/access-control systems is an advantage.
