Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Information Technology Technician to join our on-site team in the Pune Division. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing system maintenance, providing technical support for hardware and software, and assisting staff with IT-related inquiries. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and configuring IT systems, as well as conducting training sessions for technical tools and software. The ideal candidate will also contribute to improving IT processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving for hardware and software issues.
- Experience in providing technical support and performing routine maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and operations.
- Customer service and communication skills to assist staff with technical inquiries effectively.
- Ability to train team members on IT tools, software, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with IT infrastructure is considered a plus.
