Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Bangalore (On-Site) (Immediate Joiner) | Full-Time
Role Overview
We’re seeking an IT Support Engineer with 1–4 years of experience in managing day-to-day
IT operations, providing endpoint support, and overseeing user lifecycle management. The role
involves troubleshooting hardware issues, managing vendors, maintaining Wi-Fi and biometric
systems, and ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding for users across macOS and Windows
environments.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide IT support for macOS and Windows systems, including troubleshooting
software, hardware, network, and technical issues.
● Manage device repairs, coordinate with vendors, and maintain asset inventory.
● Manage JumpCloud (MDM, SSO, policies, etc).
● Administer Google Workspace – user provisioning, access control, and group
management, etc.
● Handle employee onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access).
● Support Wi-Fi, VPN (OpenVPN), and biometric attendance systems.
● Handle Procurement and License Renewal.
● Monitor and respond to Sophos endpoint protection alerts.
● Maintain IT documentation, reports, and ticket updates via Jira.
Requirements
● 1–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
● Proficient in macOS and Windows environments.
● Experience with tools like -JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Sophos, OpenVPN, Jira
● Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.
● Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and biometric systems.
● Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
