Job Description:
• Role Type: IT Technical Support Specialist
• Experience: 3–6 years (Healthcare preferred)

Core Responsibilities
• Support CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Navision, Business Central)
• Handle incident management (ticketing, SLA, resolution)
• Perform basic system administration (Active Directory, Office 365)
• Troubleshoot applications + basic networking (IP, DNS, etc.)
• Do Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prevent recurring issues
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
• Provide user support & training
• Support data, integrations, and websites

Must-Have Skills
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/Jira
• Basic SQL & database knowledge
• Understanding of APIs & integrations
