Role Description
This is a contract role for an Information Technology Technical Support Specialist. The role requires working on-site at our office location in Imphal. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting IT-related issues, providing technical support to clients, and maintaining optimal system functionality. The role involves managing and supporting desktops, laptops, and servers, while also assisting with project-related IT requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology fundamentals
- Strong Troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
- Basic understanding of Project Management processes is a plus
- Experience with hardware, peripherals, and software installations is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
- Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
