Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong IT recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end hiring for technical positions and support our growing technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray Search, referrals, and other channels.
- Hire for roles across Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, GenAI, Testing, and other emerging technologies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline reports, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of hands-on IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, IT roles, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical requirements and closures simultaneously.
