Job Title - IT Recruiter
Experience - 2+ years
Location - Ambattur, Chennai.

About the role -
As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for technology positions. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring a smooth experience for both stakeholders and applicants. You’ll be expected to build talent pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and deliver timely closures in a fast‑paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct candidate assessments to validate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, offer‑to‑join ratio, and pipeline status.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure positive experience and long‑term engagement.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting opportunities across digital platforms.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability in IT domains.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with ATS tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
