Connexions Data Inc. is looking for an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is a 100% remote role focused on recruiting technology professionals across the US & Canada.

🎯 Monthly Target: 5–7 Placements
What We're Looking For:
✅ Strong experience in IT recruitment for US/Canada markets
✅ Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, GitHub & Boolean searches
✅ Experience hiring across SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity & Software Development roles
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
💰 Uncapped Earning Potential
🔹 Commission Per Placement: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,50,000
🔹 Monthly Placement Target: 5–7 Placements
🔹 Monthly Earning Potential: ₹18 Lakhs – ₹25 Lakhs+
Compensation is 100% performance-driven and commission-based, directly tied to successful placements. High performers consistently achieve the upper end of the earning range and beyond. Additional performance incentives and bonuses apply for exceeding monthly targets.
