Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Network Administrator located in Hyderabad. The System Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining network and system infrastructures, ensuring network and system security, resolving technical issues through troubleshooting, and supporting the organization’s overall IT operations. Additional day-to-day tasks will include optimizing system performance, monitoring network activity, and implementing upgrades to hardware and software systems as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to configure and maintain secure and reliable networks.
• Strong expertise in System Administration to manage, maintain, and optimize IT systems.
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of problems.
• Practical knowledge of Information Technology concepts, tools, and emerging trends.
• Familiarity with system backup and disaster recovery protocols is beneficial.
• Experience with enterprise tools for system monitoring and security management is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certification: CCNA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
