Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology System Administrator, located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing and maintaining system and network infrastructure, providing technical support to ensure smooth operation and performance, and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner. The System Administrator will ensure the secure and efficient functioning of IT systems while identifying and deploying improvements to align with organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration, including server maintenance and operating system management
- Experience in Network Administration with a focus on configuration, monitoring, and optimization
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
- Background in Information Technology with knowledge of security protocols and system scalability
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud systems is a plus
