System IT Administrator
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Shift : 11am - 8pm
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive System IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including network systems, end-user devices, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with networking, laptop/desktop configurations, AWS, and GitHub. Ensuring system security and compliance will be a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, VPNs, LAN/WAN)
- Administer user access, permissions, and system controls
- Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
- Support code/version management using GitHub
- Implement and enforce IT security protocols (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection)
- Monitor system performance and uptime
- Perform patching, backups, and system upgrades
- Provide technical support and resolve IT issues
- Maintain IT documentation and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in System Administration / IT Support
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
- Hands-on experience with laptop/desktop configuration
- Basic experience with AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with GitHub / version control systems
- Good understanding of security protocols and best practices
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
Mandatory Certifications (Must Have)
- CompTIA Network+ or
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Certified (Azure / Windows Server)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent
