Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Administrator at our Mylapore location. The System Administrator will oversee the daily operations of IT infrastructure, including the maintenance and optimization of system and network hardware and software. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, managing network performance, and ensuring the stability and security of IT systems across the organization. The role also involves implementing best practices for IT management and contributing to the long-term growth of the company's technological capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in System Administration and Network Administration
• Proven experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology systems and best practices
• Proficiency in managing network and system security measures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
