Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Information Technology Support Technician for our Bengaluru office. In this on-site role, you will provide technical support for desktops, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, assist with printer setup and maintenance, and conduct computer repair tasks. The role requires a proactive approach to efficiently address technical challenges and ensure smooth IT operations for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
- Experience with Desktop Computers, including their configuration, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledge of Printer Support, including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience with Computer Repair and the ability to diagnose technical hardware problems.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and provide clear technical guidance.
- Knowledge of network setups and basic networking concepts is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
