Role Overview
You'll be the go-to person for internal IT support and operational needs — ensuring employees have the tools they need, access is properly managed, and IT operations run without friction.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for employees (hardware, software, access issues)
- Onboard/offboard employees — provisioning and deprovisioning accounts and devices
- Manage SaaS tool subscriptions, licenses, and access permissions
- Maintain inventory of company hardware and software assets
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support contracts
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
- Support security hygiene (password policies, device encryption, access reviews)
- Document IT processes and maintain internal knowledge base
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or operations
- Familiarity with common SaaS tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.)
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working directly with employees across all levels
Nice to Have
- Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune)
- Basic scripting knowledge for automating repetitive tasks
- Exposure to compliance/security hygiene practices
