For a client of ours, we are looking for an IT Specialist to support ERP and CRM implementation while ensuring seamless IT infrastructure and support across stores and offices. This role will drive system integrations, manage vendors, and ensure reliable, secure IT operations that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Be the internal owner of Business Central across finance, inventory, procurement, sales, and manufacturing modules
- Drive gap closure: bank reconciliation automation, approval workflows, production planning, and MIS reporting upgrades
- Evaluate and implement a dedicated POS system for retail stores, integrated with Business Central
- Set up vendor portal or collaboration workflow to reduce manual procurement communication
2. Retail & Store Technology
- Own technology across all live and upcoming retail stores — POS, billing, inventory, stock transfers, and staff attendance
- Implement a loyalty and customer rewards platform integrated with store and D2C channels
- Drive store connectivity reliability: backup links, offline billing capability, and remote monitoring
3. Infrastructure, Cloud & Security
- Manage and mature the Microsoft Azure environment with a defined cloud strategy
- Tighten cybersecurity posture: deploy IAM/Azure AD, enforce MFA across all systems, implement DLP, and initiate the first VAPT
- Formalize DR planning, backup testing, and UPS monitoring
- Rationalize the multi-vendor network environment at HO and bring store Wi-Fi under managed control
4. Analytics, BI & AI Adoption
- Set up business intelligence capability: Power BI dashboards for sales, inventory, finance, and HR — accessible to leadership on demand
- Build the data foundation: structured data flows from ERP, D2C, and stores into a centralized layer
- Champion AI adoption across business functions — from demand forecasting and inventory optimization to AI-assisted communication tools, design reference tools, and operational productivity use cases
- Be the internal guide on where AI tools add genuine value vs. where they are noise — and help teams adopt smartly
5. HR Systems, Collaboration & Governance
- Drive HRMS implementation and integration with payroll, attendance, and compliance modules
- Formalize Microsoft Teams adoption, SharePoint DMS structure, and project management tooling
- Build and maintain an IT helpdesk and ticketing function
- Document IT policies, SOPs, and asset/license tracking — and actually get them followed
Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in IT management, preferably in retail or multi-location environments
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM implementations
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and basic networking
- Ability to manage vendors and collaborate with cross-functional business teams
