Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with the maintenance and installation of desktop computers. The specialist will handle help desk inquiries, diagnose IT challenges, and ensure a smooth operation of IT systems to meet organizational goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support, including identification and resolution of technical issues
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system and network-related issues
- Experience in managing Desktop Computers, including software installation and hardware maintenance
- Expertise in Information Technology concepts, systems, and applications
- Knowledge and experience in Help Desk Support to effectively assist users and log service issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and end-users
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are an added advantage
