Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The role entails providing technical support to users, troubleshooting system and software issues, managing desktop computers, assisting with IT infrastructure, and delivering help desk support to resolve user concerns. The specialist will also assist in maintaining system performance and ensuring a seamless IT experience for all users.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting processes
- Experience in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers and IT systems
- Strong understanding of Information Technology concepts and principles
- Ability to provide responsive and thorough Help Desk Support
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with remote support tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
