IT Support Engineer
In this role you will be responsible to provide hands-on technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure smooth IT operations. The role focuses on minimizing downtime and enhancing employee productivity through reliable and responsive support.
Your job:
- Provide onsite support for end-user hardware and local software, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, CCTV, and access control systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software in accordance with company standards
- Collaborate with HQ and global IT teams to escalate complex issues and support IT projects and initiatives
- Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate records, adequate stock levels, and compliance Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and tracking of IT equipment and materials
Our requirement:
- 6-8 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with proven experience in an onsite technical support role
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows operating systems, MS Office 365 apps and business applications, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
