Job Title: IT & Office Infrastructure Support Associate

Role Overview
CVanté is looking for a dependable and hands-on IT & Office Infrastructure Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT support and ensure seamless functioning of all office technology and infrastructure. This role is critical to employee productivity and requires ownership of systems, devices, office equipment, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Employee IT Support
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee IT-related issues and requests.
- Troubleshoot laptops/desktops, operating systems, email access, software, and internal tools.
- Resolve daily IT issues and coordinate with external vendors when escalation is required.
System Setup & Asset Management
- Handle end-to-end system setup for new joiners including laptops, email IDs, software access, and permissions.
- Manage system handover, data backup, and access removal during employee exits.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets (laptops, accessories, licenses).
Office Infrastructure & Tech Logistics
- Setup, manage, and maintain office equipment including phones, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi routers, and network connections.
- Manage access cards, biometric systems, and connection requests.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, telecom vendors, and hardware suppliers.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of office technology and infrastructure.
IT Operations & Documentation
- Maintain IT trackers, access logs, and asset records.
- Ensure antivirus updates, system patches, backups, and basic security hygiene.
- Document SOPs for IT onboarding, offboarding, and usage guidelines.
- Support implementation of new tools, systems, or internal tech upgrades.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support.
- Hands-on experience in desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS systems.
- Practical knowledge of printers, Wi-Fi, routers, and basic networking.
- Experience with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office access management.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage multiple requests efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
