Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The role involves providing technical support, resolving IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and assisting users with desktop-related concerns. The Specialist will also manage help desk support services, ensuring quick and effective solutions to meet user needs.
Exp - 1 to 2 years
Salary - 30 to 40k INR Per Month

Qualification
- Proficiency in Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and assisting users with IT-related issues
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of technical problems
- Experience working with Desktop Computers, hardware, and software configurations
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines and Windows Virtual Machines
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience in IT-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
