Role Name: IT Support Executive / Manager
Location: Jodhpur
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Role OverviewImpactron is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr IT Support Executive and/or Manager to manage our growing internal IT operations, including cloud identity stack, remote endpoints, endpoint security and device lifecycle from requisition to retirement for our growing team.
In this role, you will be the core administrator for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and secure access policies. You will also manage Google Workspace and uphold internal IT security and compliance practices, including device management, security, and IT policies, among other things.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for internal helpdesk queries (hardware, software, network, access issues).
- Manage Google Workspace user accounts, Organizational Units (OUs), Shared Drives, and security policies.
- Implement and oversee access control for third-party tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Zoom, Jira) routed through respective tools.
- Enforce Zero-Trust security principles: compulsory MFA, strong password standards, and least-privilege role assignments.
- Conduct periodic access audits to ensure prompt deprovisioning of former team members.
- Assist leadership with IT compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or local data privacy laws).
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT onboarding, software requests, and security troubleshooting.
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- 4+ years of experience in managing IT operations of around 200 ppl organizations
- Experience managing remote endpoints
- Administration of Google Workspace (Google Admin Console, Groups, Security).
- Support for macOS and Windows 10/11 hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Basic understanding of VPNs, Wi-Fi routing, DNS, DHCP, and secure remote connectivity.
- Disk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault), EDR/Antivirus management, and patch updates.
Good to Have
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Google Apps Script) to automate routine user management tasks.
- Knowledge and experience of ISO standards related to IT security
- Experience of setting up and enforcing code of conduct and policies related to IT
