Role Description
The Information Technology Support Engineer will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support for Mindenious teams. On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities include solving technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing system processes, and offering help desk support for hardware, software, and network concerns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless technology operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to assist with user queries and technical concerns effectively.
- Experience in Information Technology and Troubleshooting for diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Skills in System Administration for managing and optimizing IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth system performance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to support non-technical personnel and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with common operating systems, networking protocols, and IT tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
