Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Information Technology Support Engineer. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support to end-users, troubleshooting IT issues, managing system administration tasks, and resolving help desk requests efficiently. The engineer will collaborate with team members to maintain system functionality and ensure seamless IT operations throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proficiency in Information Technology concepts and System Administration for maintaining and supporting critical IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Help Desk Support and the ability to assist end-users with technical challenges in a professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) and prior experience in an IT support role are advantageous.
