🚀 We're hiring a Technical Support Engineer – Weighbridge Solutions at Tulaman!
If you enjoy solving real-world problems, working with hardware-software systems, and being the person customers rely on — this role is for you.
What you'll do:
→ Provide technical support for Tulaman weighbridge software — diagnosing issues and resolving errors
→ Deliver remote assistance via AnyDesk and TeamViewer
→ Configure and troubleshoot weighbridge indicators, RFID systems, barcode printers, and camera integrations
→ Support ERP software operations — assist users with data entry, transaction workflows, and resolving day-to-day system issues
→ Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
→ Install and configure Windows OS, peripherals, and software applications
→ Support basic network setup — LAN, IP configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting
→ Monitor CCTV/surveillance systems and coordinate corrective actions
→ Maintain accurate documentation: service records, troubleshooting guides, and asset logs
What we're looking for:
→ Solid grounding in Windows OS and desktop/peripheral support
→ Experience with remote support tools and basic networking
→ Familiarity with ERP software — user support, data management, or system configuration is a plus
→ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — especially Excel for reporting and data tracking
→ Comfort with hardware troubleshooting and device configuration
→ Strong communication skills — you can explain technical issues to non-technical users
→ A proactive, solution-first mindset with good documentation habits
Education:
🎓 B.Sc. / B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field
(Equivalent practical experience will also be considered)
