We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to support our day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT assets, and supporting basic network operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
- Assist in managing IT assets, inventory, and system documentation
- Support basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT-related requirements
- Ensure timely issue resolution and user support
- Maintain system security and follow IT policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide user support efficiently
- Prior experience in IT support will be an added advantage
