Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Sulthanbathery for an Information Technology Specialist. The role involves managing network administration and security, troubleshooting IT issues, and providing customer service support. The specialist will also oversee system maintenance, problem resolution, and ensure the efficient operation of IT infrastructure while supporting the organization’s technology needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Network Administration and Network Security
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Effective Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant hardware, software, and IT systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
