Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Specialist. The IT Specialist will manage and maintain network systems, troubleshoot technical issues, enhance network security protocols, and deliver exceptional support to users. The role requires staying updated on the latest IT innovations and ensuring the seamless operation of systems to support the organization's infrastructure and services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security techniques
- Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service with a technical focus
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and services is an advantage
