Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Specialist. The IT Specialist will provide expertise in network administration, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and deliver exceptional customer support. The daily duties include configuring and maintaining network systems, addressing IT challenges promptly, and safeguarding technological resources against potential threats. Collaboration with team members and clients to maintain optimal IT operations is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of Network Security and best practices
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Security+, are a plus
