Role Description :
Preferred Background
- Experience in manufacturing, pharma, nutraceuticals, FMCG, or chemical industries
- Has worked in a growing company (not only large enterprises)
- Comfortable operating with limited resources and building structure from scratch

This is a delivery + governance + operations ownership role.
Qualifications :
Strong experience working on ERP implementations (SAP B1 preferred)
Hands-on capability requirements gathering
UAT planning
change management
stakeholder coordination
Strong documentation and process mindset (SOPs, governance, checklists)
Experience working with multi-location setups (corporate + plant is a big plu
Strong vendor management and escalation skills
